A strong International Law is key for a prosperous globalized world. With Russia's invasion of Ukraine, there is conflict and forced displacement, and a post-pandemic society is emerging with new forms of crime continuing to appear online and across borders, creating new challenges for society and for law enforcement.
Social and justice inequalities continue to need addressing, including through a more inclusive and decolonised research base. As a result Criminology and Criminal Justice as well as International Law are rapidly evolving areas of study. Bringing together an international cohort of researchers and practitioners, the Law & Criminology eBook Collection seeks to comprehensively address global, transnational, and local issues. It draws on interdisciplinary research to examine cutting-edge topics and to encourage critical debates, with the aim of enriching academic, public and policy discussions.
