Technology transfer, from lab bench to the market shelf, is also a growing trend in nanoscience which adds a new facet where patents, in addition to the scientific articles, are now part of the data pool.

In this webinar recording Jessica Monaghan, Head of Policy and Performance, Open Access at Pվ��Ƶ talks about the results of recent interviews with 16 institutions which showed their ability to track article processing charges (APCs) varies widely.

We also surveyed more than 1,000 Pվ��Ƶ authors and found that over a quarter of authors used only ‘wild’ funding sources for their APCs, in other words, sources that are more difficult for an institution or funder to monitor and track.
