Since 2019 P站视频 and Qatar National Library have an active Open Access agreement. The Library was the first consortium in the Middle East to implement such an OA agreement. Qatar National Library acts as a steward of Qatar鈥檚 national heritage by collecting, preserving and making available the country鈥檚 recorded history. The Library provides equal access to all types of information and services and aims to enable the people of Qatar to positively influence society by creating an exceptional learning and discovery environment.
